A senior minister has confirmed the forthcoming move, which Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband will present to the House of Commons. Importers were required to declare the place of origin, and there were also labelling requirements for goods from the territories occupied by Israel in 1967.<\/p>\n<p>UN bodies and most governments, including the UK, regard Israeli settlements in the West Bank as illegal under international law, and the territory itself as being under Israeli military occupation.
