According to him, just a few weeks earlier, Russian forces had attacked another US-owned business in the Sumy region.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siberia<\/strong> called on partners to strengthen Ukraine\u2019s air defences and step up international pressure on Moscow. According to the minister, these measures should force Russia to end the war and move towards meaningful diplomacy.<\/p>\n<p>Bunge has been operating in Ukraine since 2002. The company states that it has an oil extraction plant in Dnipro and produces the \u00abOleina\u00bb brand in the country.<\/p>\n<h2>Fires broke out at the plant following a second attack<\/h2>\n<p>Russian forces have once again <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/viyna\/dnipro-repeat-attack-victims\/\">The Dnipropetrovsk Oil Extraction Plant was struck<\/a> 10 September. Fires broke out following the attack; there had also been earlier reports of cars catching fire near the plant.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor of Dnipro <strong>Boris Filatov<\/strong> He stated that \u00abBandero\u00bb loitering munitions had been used in the attack. He added that the factory had already come under Russian attack. Operations at the plant were suspended following the strike.
