He said that Russia is facing difficulties in Ukraine, yet continues to carry out aggressive, reckless and dangerous attacks, particularly near Alliance territory.<\/p>\n<p>According to the General Secretary, <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/viyna\/udar-poizd-dnipro-zaporizhzhia\/\">collision with a passenger train<\/a> This demonstrated just how desperate Vladimir Putin\u2019s actions have become. In the vicinity of the \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/world\/johnson-aktivy-rf-udar-yahodyn\/\">Yagodin<\/a>\u00bbA locomotive on the \u00abKyiv\u2013Warsaw\u00bb passenger train was struck near the Polish border.\".<\/p>\n<p>The strike occurred at around five o\u2019clock in the morning, two kilometres from the border. A Ukrzaliznytsia dispatcher spotted the threat in good time, after which an evacuation was ordered. As a result, none of the passengers or railway staff were injured.<\/p>\n<p>The attack also damaged a petrol station, lorries and a supermarket. Two drivers sustained minor injuries.<\/p>\n<h2>The NATO Secretary-General reiterated the Alliance\u2019s defence guarantees<\/h2>\n<p>Rutte stated that NATO\u2019s collective defence commitments remain unshakeable and that protection extends to every part of the Alliance\u2019s territory.<\/p>\n<p>The press conference took place alongside the Prime Minister of Slovenia <strong>Janez Jan\u0161a<\/strong>. The Secretary-General thanked the country for its contribution to NATO, its work in the Western Balkans and its support for Ukraine.
