Part of Smolensk was left without power, and a fire broke out at the local CHP plant<\/h2>\n

Explosions occurred in Smolensk, followed by a fire broke out at a local thermal power plant (TPP)<\/strong>.
Local Telegram channels report that a drone crashed into the facility<\/strong>, which is likely to have caused the fire.<\/p>\n

After the explosion part of the city was left without electricity supply<\/strong>, and in several areas there were interruptions in communication.<\/p>\n
