The starting price is 140,701,416 UAH excluding VAT, and the auction will take place on 6 October 2026. The assets were transferred to the bank in settlement of loan debt incurred prior to its nationalisation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news-summary-box\">\n<p><strong>Briefly about the main points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The complex is being sold as a single lot via Prozorro.Sales.<\/li>\n<li>The starting price does not include VAT.<\/li>\n<li>Proposals will be accepted until the evening of 5 October.<\/li>\n<li>The plots of land on which the buildings stand are not for sale.<\/li>\n<li>The two previous auctions failed to attract any bids.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>A stadium with facilities for matches and events<\/h2>\n<p>\u00abDnipro Arena\u00bb is situated on Khersonska Street in Dnipro. The stadium was refurbished and opened in 2008; it has a capacity of 31,003 spectators.<\/p>\n<p>The arena features a 105\u00d768-metre football pitch with under-soil heating, an automatic irrigation system and floodlights for evening matches. The site also includes changing rooms, a gym, facilities for coaches, the media and match officials, a VIP box with 296 seats, a restaurant seating 550 people and car parks.<\/p>\n<h2>The centre has seven outdoor pitches and an indoor riding arena<\/h2>\n<p>The training centre is situated in the woodland and park area of the Prydniprovsk housing estate. The complex comprises three pitches with artificial turf, four with natural grass, as well as an indoor football pitch with artificial turf and stands seating 506 people.<\/p>\n<p>There is a cottage village for footballers, two office and residential blocks, a medical and rehabilitation centre, a conference hall, facilities for the coaching staff, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and shower rooms.<\/p>\n<h2>How the tender will be conducted and who will be eligible to participate<\/h2>\n<p>Bids will be accepted until 20:00 on 5 October. A three-round English auction is scheduled for 12:35 the following day. To take part, a deposit of 7,035,070.80 UAH must be paid; the minimum bid increment is 1,407,014.16 UAH.<\/p>\n<p>Persons associated with the following will not be admitted to the auction: <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/politics\/kreml-pekelni-sanktsii-ssha-rosia\/\">sanctions,<\/a> Russia or Belarus, non-transparent offshore structures, the financing of terrorism or money laundering. The restrictions also apply to the bank\u2019s former owners and directors. The transfer of assets is possible following full settlement and a decision or opinion from the AMCU regarding the concentration.<\/p>\n<h2>The buyer will purchase the buildings, but not the land on which they stand<\/h2>\n<p>The lot comprises three properties with a total area of 36,484.6 square metres: a stadium, training centre buildings and an indoor arena. The land on which they stand is municipal property and is not included in the sale. The right to use the plot of land on which the main training centre is situated is still being formalised.<\/p>\n<p>The documentation states that one of the stadium\u2019s two cable entry points is in a state of disrepair, and that the gas metering units at the stadium and the training ground are being refurbished. Movable property on the site that does not belong to PrivatBank is also excluded from the lot; the successful bidder must resolve any issues relating to it independently.<\/p>\n<p>Attempts were already made to sell the complex in 2022 and 2025, but the auctions did not go ahead due to a lack of bids.
