On the White House\u2019s Live News page, it is also listed as a separate channel, Trump TV 24\/7. The administration describes it as a compilation of \u00abhighlights\u00bb, key speeches and videos which, in its view, are worth watching.<\/p>\n<p>The programme will feature performances <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong>, statements and announcements from the administration, coverage of official events, archived speeches and the White House\u2019s highlights of the presidency. The feed is described as a 24-hour service with real-time updates. The White House presents it as a way to follow the administration\u2019s work directly, without relying on traditional television channels.<\/p>\n<h2>The claim regarding access passes and the positions of the parties<\/h2>\n<p>Journalists from three media organisations stated that they had been denied access to the White House grounds. Trump explained this by claiming that the news organisations were allegedly spreading \u00abfabrications and lies\u00bb. Reuters noted that the administration had provided no evidence to support these allegations.<\/p>\n<p>The claim was filed with the federal court in Washington on 21 September. <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/world\/pentagon-kontrol-media\/\">Media<\/a> They regard the restrictions as a violation of freedom of speech and of the press, as guaranteed by the First Amendment, and also cite the Fifth Amendment, arguing that there is no due process for deactivating access passes. Due to the boycott, some of Trump\u2019s events were left without the usual independent television coverage. This does not mean a complete cessation of all forms of pool coverage.<\/p>\n<p>The Associated Press, The New York Times and The Washington Post have each decided not to publish photographs from the President\u2019s events.<\/p>\n<h2>A discussion on the role of the official video stream<\/h2>\n<p>Critics of the administration view the launch of the channel as a risk of creating a government-controlled news flow, given the restricted access faced by some independent journalists.
