The proposed approach stipulates that the progress of each project will form part of officials\u2019 performance indicators, whilst local authorities will be able to monitor the situation on the ground more effectively.<\/p>\n Instead of having to deal with hundreds of individual documents, the platform is intended to provide a system for analysis and monitoring. The plan is to host project and cost estimate documentation, information on clients and contractors, as well as data on the progress of projects on the platform.<\/p>\n If work falls behind schedule, the platform must specify the reasons for such delays. For residents, this should provide answers regarding completion dates and the persons responsible, whilst for journalists and civil society activists, it should offer the opportunity to work with up-to-date information without having to wait a long time for responses to enquiries.<\/p>\n The initial plan is to compile a single list of projects and data sources, establish an information standard for each site, launch a digital platform, and set up a channel for public and journalistic oversight. The data is to be updated regularly.<\/p>\n Information requiring protection during wartime is subject to a separate control regime involving information security specialists. Access to such data will be granted only in accordance with specified security protocols.<\/p>\n The Kyiv Regional Administration already has separate open data sections and a recovery catalogue.
