On the evening of 27 September, Russian drones attacked Kyiv once again. In the Solomyanskyi district, cars caught fire after debris from the drones fell. This was reported by the capital\u2019s mayor, Vitali Klitschko. The emergency services were dispatched to the scene.<\/p>\n

After the debris fell, the cars caught fire<\/h2>\n

On the latest repercussions of the Russian attack Vitali Klitschko<\/strong> reported at around 6.00 pm. According to him, in Cars are on fire in the Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv following the fall of UAV debris<\/strong>. Rescue workers and other emergency services were dispatched to the scene.<\/p>\n

Detailed information on the number of damaged vehicles and the area affected by the fire had not been made public at the time of publication. Reports have emerged on Telegram channels in Kyiv suggesting that there may be fatalities at the site where the debris fell.<\/p>\n

Russian drones have been attacking Kyiv all day<\/h2>\n

On 27 September, the capital came under several waves of attacks.<\/p>\n

During the night in the Solomyanskyi district A drone struck a car repair workshop<\/a>, where the fire broke out. At another address, a drone struck a non-residential building \u2014 the body of a man was found there whilst the fire was being extinguished.<\/p>\n

This morning, debris from a UAV damaged the building schools<\/a> in the same area. According to the State Emergency Service, there were no casualties.<\/p>\n

In the Darnytskyi district, a Russian drone struck a nine-storey residential block between the fourth and fifth floors during the day. A woman was injured, and the fire was subsequently put out.<\/p>\n

The attack on the capital is ongoing<\/h2>\n

In the evening, the air threat to Kyiv persisted. There were reports of new Russian drones on the move and further explosions in the capital.<\/p>\n

The full extent of the damage caused by the falling debris in the Solomyanskyi district is currently being assessed.
