Putin on sanctions and dialogue with the West<\/strong><\/h2>\n

President of Russia Vladimir Putin<\/strong> during his speech said that the planned Budapest summit postponed<\/strong>. He also commented on the new one, 19th package of sanctions<\/strong>, imposed by the United States against the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n
