McDonald\u2019s is temporarily switching to a reduced menu at all its restaurants in Ukraine. This is due to damage to a logistics partner\u2019s warehouse following a Russian attack on the Kyiv region. The company warns that some dishes may be unavailable, but restaurants remain open.<\/p>\n

A McDonald\u2019s warehouse in the Kyiv region was attacked twice<\/h2>\n

Logistics problems arose after Russian attack<\/a> 25 September. In the Brovary district of the Kyiv region, drones The food warehouse was attacked twice<\/strong>, which was used by McDonald\u2019s\u2019 logistics partner.<\/p>\n

The first strike took place at night, followed by a second one during the day. Following the second attack, a major fire broke out at the site. Immediately after the attack, McDonald\u2019s stated that its restaurants were continuing to operate as normal and that the company was assessing the potential impact of the incident on its operations. This is not the first time in September that McDonald\u2019s has had to adjust its menu due to the war. Earlier this month, the company reported that certain items were temporarily unavailable due to frequent and prolonged air raid alerts, which were delaying deliveries to its restaurants.<\/p>\n

On 10 September, some outlets had already begun to offer a reduced menu in order to ensure a steady supply of the most popular dishes. Following the destruction of the warehouse in the Kyiv region, the restrictions now apply to the entire chain across Ukraine.
