According to the Kyiv City State Administration, this should help patients find verified contact details, addresses and procedures for receiving care more quickly.<\/p>\n<h2>The service complements the city\u2019s digital healthcare navigation system<\/h2>\n<p>The official link to the chatbot has been published on the Kyiv City State Administration\u2019s website, and as of 5 October it is already available to users. At the same time, the city is streamlining the online booking system for the capital\u2019s healthcare facilities and consolidating the available digital services.<\/p>\n<p>The bot serves as a navigation point and a way to access appointment booking channels; it does not replace the state-run ESOS services.
