It does not specify a guaranteed number of hours without electricity for a particular address.<\/p>\n<p>The timing and duration of power cuts depend on the region, the consumer\u2019s position in the queue and the dispatchers\u2019 operational instructions. The operator attributed this to cloudy weather and lower efficiency of domestic solar power stations.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ukrenergo, the evening peak in consumption on 6 October was 1.9% higher than the peak on the previous working day \u2014 3 October.
