The public terms of the agreement \u2013 including its duration, the list of facilities and the verification mechanism \u2013 have not been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Sibiga\u2019s telephone conversation with Wadeful took place on the eve of the EU Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Luxembourg on 12 October.
