In his view, a face-to-face meeting could prove to be the most effective format <strong>Vladimir Zelensky<\/strong> \u0437 <strong>Vladimir Putin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sybiga explained that negotiating teams at lower levels are often forced to revisit the same issues time and again. The Foreign Secretary emphasised that these issues could lead to concrete outcomes from the negotiations, rather than being limited to political declarations.<\/p>\n<h2>Ukraine is working on several formats for a ceasefire<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to talks at presidential level, Ukraine continues to work with international partners on specific agreements to bring about a cessation of hostilities.
