Due to damage to energy facilities, parts of Vinnytsia and other settlements in the region were left without electricity and water. In the Rivne region, power cuts were reported in various districts, most notably in the Rivne district. New waves of Russian attacks are hampering restoration work. According to her, as a result of the attack, part of the Vinnytsia region, including certain areas of the regional capital, was left without electricity and water supplies.<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/main-news\/ataka-rf-19-zhovtnya-energetyka-550-tysyach-bez-svitla\/\">damaged properties<\/a> The relevant services are on the scene. Power company staff are assessing the extent of the damage and carrying out the work required to restore power to customers.
