This is reported by the agency <em data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"334\">Bloomberg<\/em> with reference to government sources.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"509\">According to the publication, New Delhi sees no reason to give up cheap raw materials that ensure the stability of the country's energy market.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"534\">Economic reasons<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"685\">After the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, India became one of the main buyers of Russian oil, enjoying significant discounts.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"839\">\n<li data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"749\">\n<p data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"749\">The government believes that such imports help to curb inflation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"839\">\n<p data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"839\">Russian crude oil accounts for more than 30% of the total volume of oil purchased by India.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"857\">Western pressure<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1163\">The US and EU countries have repeatedly called on India to join sanctions and restrictions against Moscow.
