Civilian infrastructure, agricultural machinery and a non-residential building in the Sveska and Stepanivska communities came under fire.<\/p>\n<p>In Yampil, Russian strikes hit a private residence. Fires broke out at the impact sites, and units of the State Emergency Service were called in to extinguish them.<\/p>\n<p>According to preliminary reports from the emergency services, one person was injured as a result of these attacks. The report does not specify the person\u2019s age, the nature of their injuries or where they were injured.<\/p>\n<h2>Rescue workers were carrying out their duties under the threat of further shelling<\/h2>\n<p>Whilst clearing up the aftermath of the attacks, staff from the State Emergency Service were repeatedly forced to halt their work due to the risk of further strikes. The rescue workers withdrew to safe areas, before returning to tackle the fires.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the difficult conditions, all the fires were successfully extinguished. Experts also surveyed the areas affected by the shelling.<\/p>\n<h2>Over 70 shelling incidents in the Sumy region in the past 24 hours<\/h2>\n<p>According to a separate morning report from the Sumy Regional Military Administration, from the morning of 24 October to the morning of 25 October <strong>Russian troops carried out more than 70 shelling attacks on 33 settlements in 18 local authorities in the region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The highest number of attacks was recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts. As a result, <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/viyna\/ataka-ferma-sumshchyna-zahynula-zhinka-24-zhovtnia\/\">strikes on the region<\/a> A 31-year-old woman was killed; there were also reports of
