Attack on Chernihiv region<\/h2>\n

On the morning of 28 October, Russian troops launched another drone attack in Chernihiv region.
According to the head of the city military administration Alexander Bryzhinsky<\/strong>, One of the \u201cshaheds\u201d fell right in the centre of Chernihiv. The city recorded serious interruptions in mobile communications<\/strong>, Damage to residential and administrative buildings was reported.<\/p>\n
