A priest blessed the Russian assault troops<\/h2>\n
The article was about a trip undertaken by the head of the military department of the Bryansk Diocese, a priest Konstantina Vasilyeva<\/strong>, to a unit of the Russian \u00abSever\u00bb military group.<\/p>\n
The trip was organised with the blessing of Metropolitan Alexander of Bryansk and Sevsk. The priest handed over to the soldiers food, warm clothing, medicines, camouflage netting and other items collected by the parishioners.<\/p>\n
During his visit to the unit, Vasilyev conducted a church service, sprinkled the Russian soldiers and military equipment with holy water, and blessed the assault troops as they set out to carry out their combat mission.<\/p>\n
