A fire broke out following the strike, threatening the thousands of birds inside.<\/p>\n<p>A photograph released by the rescue services shows damaged metal structures, charred parts of the building and the aftermath of the fire inside the poultry house.<\/p>\n<p>Units from the State Emergency Service were called in to put out the fire.<\/p>\n<h2>Rescue workers saved around 15,000 birds<\/h2>\n<p>According to the State Emergency Service, at the time of the Russian attack <strong>There were approximately 16,000 birds in the building<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the efforts of the firefighters, around 15,000 people were rescued. The fire has been completely extinguished.<\/p>\n<p>The exact number of birds killed is not specified in the report. There is also no information regarding any possible casualties amongst the company\u2019s staff.<\/p>\n<h2>The consequences of the Russian attack on the factory<\/h2>\n<p>Photographs taken at the scene show damage to the fencing, metal structures and equipment in the poultry house.<\/p>\n<p>The name of the company, the extent of the fire and a preliminary estimate of the material damage have not yet been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>Russian strikes on agricultural enterprises result not only in the destruction of production facilities, but also in <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/viyna\/atak%d0%b0-prytulok-tvaryn-chernihiv\/\">animal deaths<\/a> and loss of produce.
