According to three consecutive reports from the Air Force, since the evening of 30 October the enemy has deployed a total of 735 drones of various types. On the night of 1 November alone, Russia launched 433 drones, including 64 jet-powered ones. Ukrainian air defences neutralised 371 aerial targets; however, as of 08:30, more than 40 attack drones were still in the air.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news-summary-box\"><strong>Briefly about the main points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Russia has been attacking Ukraine with drones for over a day.<\/li>\n<li>A total of 735 targets are listed in the three reports from the Air Force.<\/li>\n<li>On the night of 1 November, the enemy launched 433 drones.<\/li>\n<li>Ukrainian air defence forces have shot down 371 drones from the latest wave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Russia launched several waves of drone attacks on Ukraine<\/h2>\n<p>A large-scale air strike began on the evening of 30 October and continued throughout the following day. During this time, the Air Force issued three reports: on 134 drones during the night of 30 October, 168 air-attack vehicles during the day, and a further 433 drones during the night of 31 October.<\/p>\n<p>In total, 735 targets are mentioned in the reports. However, as the time periods covered by the reports partially overlap, this figure needs to be clarified in terms of the number of individual drones.<\/p>\n<p>During the latest night-time wave of attacks, Russian forces deployed Shahed strike drones, including rocket-powered variants, \u00abGerberas\u00bb and \u00abParody\u00bb decoy drones. The launches were carried out from Russian territory and the temporarily occupied city of Donetsk.<\/p>\n<p>The air attack was repelled by the air force, anti-aircraft missile units, mobile fire groups, electronic warfare units and unmanned aerial vehicle units.<\/p>\n<h2>Strikes have been recorded at 16 locations<\/h2>\n<p>According to the Air Force, as of 08:30 on 1 November, air defences had shot down or neutralised 371 of the 433 drones in the latest night-time wave. Among the targets neutralised were 47 jet-powered drones.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, strikes were recorded at 16 locations, and debris from the downed targets fell at a further 14.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian strikes caused <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/viyna\/ataka-zhytomyrshchyna-650-naselenykh-punktiv-bez-svitla\/\">damage to energy infrastructure<\/a> and civilian facilities in several regions. In particular, more than 650 settlements in the Zhytomyr region were left without electricity. In Kyiv, emergency services extinguished a fire in a car park in the Desnianskyi district, whilst in the Darnytskyi district, a drone was reported to have crashed on the grounds of a private residence.<\/p>\n<p>In its morning update, the Air Force emphasised that the attack is ongoing and that air defence units are continuing their
