On the night of 29 October, in Ulyanovsk region of the Russian Federation<\/strong> rang out a series of powerful explosions<\/strong> on the territory of a local oil depot. This was reported by Russian telegram channels and eyewitnesses.<\/p>\n

Five explosions and a large-scale fire<\/h3>\n

According to local residents, the following happened at the facility at least five explosions<\/strong>, and then a large fire broke out<\/strong>.
The flames were visible from several settlements, and the fire quickly spread through the fuel storage facilities.<\/p>\n

900 km from the border with Ukraine<\/h3>\n

The incident occurred around 900 kilometres from the Ukrainian border<\/strong>. Russian officials have not yet commented on the causes of the explosions, but social media suggest that it could be drone attack<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
