The mayor, Boris Filatov, reported the strike on the medical facility. Footage released shows a damaged ward, shattered walls and windows, as well as beds with patients amidst the rubble of the building. Among the civilian facilities damaged was a medical centre providing care for elderly people with serious illnesses.<\/p>\n<p>A photograph taken at the scene shows a hospital ward with patients inside. The explosion damaged the building\u2019s external walls and partially destroyed the window openings and internal structures. Debris from building materials lies on the floor, and some of the hospital beds are positioned directly next to the damaged walls.<\/p>\n<p>Hospices are designed to provide palliative care for people with serious, incurable illnesses. Their patients often require constant medical care, pain relief and assistance from staff, even just to move around.<\/p>\n<p>The number of patients who were in the damaged facility at the time of the strike, as well as details of any casualties at the hospice itself, are currently being verified.<\/p>\n<h2>In Dnipro, the number of people injured has risen to 15<\/h2>\n<p>According to the latest information from the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration <strong>Oleksandra Ganzhi<\/strong>, 15 people were injured as a result of this morning\u2019s Russian attack on Dnipro.<\/p>\n<p>Three men are in a serious condition. It was previously reported that two elderly men, aged 80 and 81, had been admitted to hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Rescue workers have managed to free nine people from the rubble of damaged buildings. The search and rescue operation is ongoing, but is being hampered by the constant threat of further Russian strikes.<\/p>\n<h2>A residential area, a hospital and a police station were hit<\/h2>\n<p>Mayor of the city <strong>Boris Filatov<\/strong> reported that the largest <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/viyna\/udar-po-dnipru-3-lystopada-2026-poraneni\/\">destruction<\/a> The Samara district of Dnipro was affected.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, Russian troops attacked a thermal power station, a residential area and a police station. A hospital was also damaged.<\/p>\n<p>In one of the residential areas, a four-storey building has suffered significant damage. Footage released by the regional administration shows collapsed walls, floors and large piles of rubble.<\/p>\n<p>Overnight, Russian troops attacked critical infrastructure in Dnipro and the Kryvyi Rih district. As a result of damage to the power grid, emergency power cuts have been implemented in the Dnipropetrovsk region.<\/p>\n<p>Units of the State Emergency Service, medical staff, law enforcement officers and municipal services are continuing to work in Dnipro.
