Putin says Ukrainian forces are surrounded in Pokrovsk and Kupiansk - Kremlin's propaganda statement<\/h2>\n

During one of his speeches, the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin<\/strong> said. Ukrainian troops are allegedly surrounded<\/strong> in the areas of Pokrovska and Kupianska<\/strong>, and the Russian side is ready to \u00aballow journalists - including Ukrainian and Western ones - to enter the cordoned-off zone\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainian side does not confirm the statement<\/h3>\n

As of now Ukraine's official sources did not confirm the information about the cordon<\/strong> any units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in these areas.
Analysts suggest that such statements may be part of Information and psychological operations (IPO)<\/strong> Kremlin's efforts to destabilise public opinion in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
