All penalties remained overdue, which led to the opening of numerous cases.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"863\">According to law enforcement, most of the violations concerned <strong data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"860\">speeding, violation of parking rules and driving through prohibited traffic signals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"868\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"899\">What the offender faces<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1154\">If the debtor does not pay the fines voluntarily, they are collected by the State Enforcement Service.
