Lithuania stops transit of Russian oil to Kaliningrad from 21 November<\/h2>\n

As reported by LRT<\/strong> with reference to the company \u00abLithuanian Railways\u00bb<\/strong>, \u0437 21 November 2025<\/strong> will be Russian oil transit has been completely stopped<\/strong> to Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This step was a direct result of the new US and UK sanctions<\/strong>, The new law tightens restrictions on transport companies involved in the transportation of Russian energy.<\/p>\n

\u00abThe decision was made taking into account the sanctions regime and risks for the company. From 21 November, the transportation of oil and oil products to Kaliningrad will be suspended,\u00bb Lithuanian Railways said in a statement.<\/p>\n
