At the same time, the topic has become resonant due to the recent <strong data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"533\">relaxation of the rules of departure for men aged 18-22<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"577\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"592\">What happened<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"877\">During the interview, Kostenko called the government's decision to allow men aged 18-22 to leave a mistake and answered the question \u00abwhat should be done to prevent young people from leaving\u00bb: <strong data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"804\">\u00abClose the borders - and they don't go anywhere\u00bb<\/strong>. On the contrary, in recent weeks, the Verkhovna Rada has registered projects on <strong data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1669\">extension<\/strong> opportunities to leave for those who are not subject to mobilisation (in particular, No. 13685).
