Cabinet of Ministers plans new payments for military personnel<\/h2>\n

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is considering changing the system of monetary incentives for military personnel who sign a contract to serve in the Armed Forces.<\/p>\n

According to a soldier with the call sign \u00abOsman\u00bb<\/strong> \u0443 Telegram<\/a>, The project envisages Increase in one-off and periodic payments depending on the duration of the contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Payments under the new terms and conditions<\/h2>\n

    UAH 50,000 immediately after signing and UAH 480,000 during the year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The contract is for 2 years:<\/strong>
    UAH 100,000 upon signing and UAH 1,060,000 within 2 years.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    The contract is for 3 years:<\/strong>
    UAH 150,000 upon signing and UAH 1,750,000 within 3 years.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The contract is for 4 years:<\/strong>
    UAH 200,000 upon signing and UAH 2,520,000 within 4 years.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The contract is for 5 years:<\/strong>
    UAH 250,000 upon signing and UAH 3,400,000 within 5 years.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The contract is for 10 years:<\/strong>
    UAH 250,000 upon signing and UAH 7,050,000 over 10 years.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The aim of the initiative<\/h2>\n

    According to the military, this system of payments is intended to increase motivation<\/strong> to serve under contract, stabilise the army's personnel and increase the prestige of professional military service.<\/p>\n
