Ukraine lacks $750 million for gas purchases<\/h2>\n

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/strong> said that Ukraine currently does not have the full financial resources to ensure the purchase of the required volumes of natural gas. According to him, the deficit is about $750 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Zelensky stressed that the government has already accumulated most of the funds needed for the heating season, but there is still a critical shortage<\/strong> to finalise contracts with gas suppliers.<\/p>\n

The President addressed international partners EU, US and international financial institutions<\/strong>, calling for assistance to Ukraine to cover its energy deficit.<\/p>\n
