NABU uncovers bribery scheme in Energoatom's structure\u00ab<\/h2>\n

National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine<\/strong> exposed systemic bribery in a branch \u00abAtomenergomash\u00bb<\/strong>, which is part of the state-owned enterprise \u00abEnergoatom\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the investigation, Deputy Director of the branch<\/strong> systematically received undue benefits from a private company, a contractor of the enterprise.<\/p>\n

The mechanism of kickbacks from contractors<\/h3>\n

The official demanded a \u00abpercentage\u00bb for timely payment for work performed<\/strong> and Non-interference with the performance of contracts<\/strong>.
In June - November 2025, it received approximately UAH 1.67 million<\/strong>, \u0430 the total amount of the unlawful benefit exceeds UAH 6.6 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The official was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the CPC of Ukraine.
She is being served with a notice of suspicion for \u0447. 3 of Art. 368 of the CCU (obtaining an unlawful benefit by an official)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
