Kyiv is no longer the most expensive city in Ukraine in terms of rental prices.
According to analysts, the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the capital has fallen to UAH 17,000 per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Experts attribute the rise in prices in the western regions to the growing demand among immigrants, students and workers moving closer to the border.
