A joint initiative of the Allies<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal<\/strong> said that Sweden finances purchase of 400 long-range attack drones<\/strong> for the needs of The Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/strong>.
The transfer takes place within \u00abThe \u00bbDanish model\" of military assistance<\/strong>, under which several states jointly purchase weapons and equipment for Ukraine.<\/p>\n

\u00abThis is another example of effective coordination of partners in the framework of joint defence support. We are grateful to Sweden for its contribution to strengthening our army,\u00bb Shmyhal said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What is the Danish model?\u00ab<\/h3>\n

The so-called Danish model<\/em> involves one country - the coordinator - purchasing weapons or equipment for Ukraine, while other partners cover part of the costs.
This allows us to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with modern equipment faster, bypassing lengthy bureaucratic procedures.<\/p>\n

Values for the front<\/h3>\n

New strike drones will be able to hit targets for hundreds of kilometres<\/strong> and will become part of the Ukrainian strategy of deep strikes on the occupiers' logistics.
