Horishni Plavni left without electricity and water - emergency situation in the city<\/h2>\n

As a result of Russia's massive attack on energy infrastructure<\/strong> in the area of Horishni Plavni (Poltava region)<\/strong> the city remained completely without electricity and water supply<\/strong>.
This was reported by city council<\/strong>, emphasising that power supply is not expected to be restored in the near future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00abDue to the critical situation with electricity and water supply, a state of emergency has been introduced in the city. All services are working around the clock,\u00bb the city council said in a statement.<\/p>\n

Local authorities called on residents to keep calm<\/strong>, and stockpile drinking water and, if possible restrict movement in the city<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
