<strong data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"616\">Dmitry Lyoushkin<\/strong> said that by the end of this year, Ukrainians will see a gradual increase in fuel prices.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"905\">\n<li data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"778\">\n<p data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"778\"><strong data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"738\">In the coming week<\/strong> - growth of approximately <strong data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"775\">1 UAH\/l<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"828\">\n<p data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"828\"><strong data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"803\">By the end of November<\/strong> - more <strong data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"825\">plus 1 UAH\/l<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"905\">\n<p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"905\"><strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"852\">At the end of December<\/strong> - an additional rise in price of approximately <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"902\">2 UAH\/l<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"907\" data-end=\"997\">Thus, by the end of 2025, fuel may rise in price overall <strong data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"994\">by UAH 4 per litre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1002\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1027\">Reasons for the increase<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1077\">The expert names the main growth factors:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1296\">\n<li data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1119\">\n<p data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1119\">seasonal increase in fuel demand;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1120\" data-end=\"1166\">\n<p data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1166\">fluctuations in oil prices on global markets;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1217\">\n<p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1217\">the strengthening of the dollar and exchange rate fluctuations;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1296\">\n<p data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1296\">logistical costs and difficulties with the supply of oil products during the war.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1301\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1303\" data-end=\"1327\">What drivers can expect<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1329\" data-end=\"1463\">Leushkin predicts that <strong data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1398\">the average price of petrol may reach UAH 70 per litre<\/strong>, and diesel fuel <strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1442\">about 68 UAH\/l<\/strong> at the end of December.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1608\">According to the expert, the government is unlikely to be able to significantly influence the situation without stabilising the currency
