This will be the largest loan the EU has ever provided to any country in its history.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"413\">What we know<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"532\">According to European media, the funds are planned to be provided in the form of <strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"509\">long-term concessional loan<\/strong>.
