This was reported by the Russian media.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"663\">Due to the large-scale damage to the infrastructure, there was a <strong data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"605\">full or partial loss of power supply<\/strong> in most settlements of the occupied part of the region.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"668\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"683\">Consequences.<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"712\">According to the occupation authorities:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"921\">\n<li data-start=\"714\" data-end=\"748\">\n<p data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"748\"><strong data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"745\">the boiler house was shut down<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"789\">\n<p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"789\"><strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"786\">water treatment plants have stopped working<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"921\">\n<p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"921\"><strong data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"859\">about 500 thousand people were left without electricity, heat and water<\/strong>, which is <strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"881\">65%<\/strong> residents of the temporarily occupied Donetsk region.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1080\">Local \u00abadministrations\u00bb claim a \u00abcritical situation\u00bb with utility systems and are trying to set up temporary charging and water points.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1085\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1100\">Context.<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1373\">Zuivska and Starobeshevska TPPs are key nodes in the power system of the occupied part of Donetsk region.
