US, Russia hold non-public consultations on new plan to end war in Ukraine<\/h2>\n

Publications. Axios<\/strong> reports that the United States and Russia are conducting non-public consultations<\/strong>, aimed at preparing a new plan for ending the war in Ukraine. According to sources, the document consists of 28 points<\/strong> and covers four key areas:<\/p>\n

    Reaction of the Russian side<\/h2>\n

    According to Axios, Putin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev<\/strong>, who is participating in the consultations, expressed \u00abcautious optimism\u00bb<\/strong>. He stated that Russia allegedly \u00abfeels that her position is really heard\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n

    At the same time, the American negotiators stress that all decisions should take into account Ukraine's position and security interests.<\/p>\n
