Zelenskyy on his conversation with the US delegation: Ukraine needs a real and decent peace<\/h2>\n

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/strong> said that he had a \u00abvery serious conversation\u00bb with a significant US delegation today. According to him, the American side conveyed points of their plan to end the war<\/strong>, which contains the US vision of the path to peace.<\/p>\n

\u00abUkraine needs peace. And real peace - one that will not be broken by a third invasion. A decent peace - with respect for our independence and sovereignty,\u00bb Zelenskyy stressed.<\/p>\n

The President noted that he had emphasised to the American side principled positions for Ukraine<\/strong>, and also agreed on joint work between the teams.<\/p>\n

\u00abLet's not make any harsh statements\u00bb<\/h2>\n

Zelenskyy stressed that Ukraine is committed to \u00abclear and honest work\u00bb with the US and European partners.<\/p>\n

He stressed that Kyiv would not allow Ukraine to be presented as a party that allegedly \u00abdisrupts diplomacy\u00bb:<\/p>\n

\u00abWe will do everything to prevent anyone in the world from saying that we are the ones disrupting the diplomatic path.\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The President also said that in recent days, active diplomatic interaction with Europe has been ongoing:<\/p>\n

    is in constant contact with the President of France;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Zelenskyy stressed that he hoped for a decisive role for the United States:<\/p>\n
