Call centre that defrauded more than 30 investors of cryptocurrency and stocks exposed in Kyiv<\/h2>\n

Law enforcement officers exposed a call centre in Kyiv that fraudulently defrauded more than 30 investors<\/strong>, offering earnings on cryptocurrencies and stocks.<\/p>\n

According to the police, the offenders set up an office at 20 workplaces<\/strong>, where managers called potential investors and convinced them to invest.<\/p>\n

How the scheme worked<\/h2>\n

Managers received from victims remote access to their computers<\/strong>, and then demonstrated fictitious profits<\/strong> supposedly from successful investments.<\/p>\n

After people made transfers, the funds were transferred to controlled crypto wallets, where they were immediately converted into cash through exchange offices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the searches, law enforcement officers found and seized the items:<\/p>\n
