Near Bukovel, 6 hectares of forest were illegally removed from state ownership: three people are suspected<\/h2>\n

Law enforcement exposes large-scale land scam near Polianytsia village and tourist complex \u00abBukovel\u00bb<\/strong>. Illegally \u00abwithdrawn\u00bb from state ownership\u00bb 6 hectares of forestry<\/strong>, using forged documents and manipulations with state registers.
This was reported by Office of the Prosecutor General<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

How the scheme worked<\/h3>\n

According to the investigation, the following persons were involved in the criminal scheme: state cadastral registrar<\/strong> and <\/span>two accomplices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The investigation established that the participants manufactured and used Forged acts of 2001-2002<\/strong>, based on which technical documentation was created and entered into the State Register of Property Rights inaccurate data<\/strong> about the allegedly legal registration of private property rights.<\/p>\n

In this way, the following was illegally removed from the state forest fund 6 hectares of land<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Damages and searches<\/h3>\n

The expert assessment determined the damage caused to the state in the amount of more than 20.5 million UAH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the searches in Khmelnytskyi and Dnipro regions, law enforcement officers seized the items:<\/p>\n

    originals and copies of documentation,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    electronic media,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    other evidence of the organisation and implementation of the scheme.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Three people were served with notices of suspicion under the articles:<\/p>\n
