Users of the application report <strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"732\">long delays<\/strong>, when:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"994\">\n<li data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"873\">\n<p data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"873\"><strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"796\">details for payment of the fine have not been received for months<\/strong>, even after the guilty verdict appeared in the app;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"994\">\n<p data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"994\"><strong data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"948\">after paying the fine, the \u201cwanted\u201d status continues to hang for a long time<\/strong>, without updates and notifications from the transfer pricing authorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"996\" data-end=\"1166\">According to the persons liable for military service, such delays create risks of unlawful detention, problems crossing checkpoints, and difficulties in work and everyday life.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1171\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1186\">Context.<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1387\">Application. <strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1211\">\u00abReserve+\u00bb<\/strong> was launched to simplify communication with the MCC, digitise the data of persons liable for military service and enable them to receive summonses, fines or update personal information remotely.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1621\">The government has repeatedly stated that the system should work automatically, without the need to go to the TCC.
