Putin says Russia is \u00abacting surgically\u00bb, not waging war: new threats to Ukraine and the West<\/h2>\n

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin<\/strong> said that the Russian Federation's actions in Ukraine \u00abare not a war in the literal sense of the word\u00bb, but rather \u00abtargeted surgical operations\u00bb. This wording is once again an attempt to disguise the scale of Russian aggression, which has been going on for more than three years.<\/p>\n

In his speech, Putin traditionally accompanied his manipulative statements with new threats - both to Ukraine and the European Union.<\/p>\n

Threats to Ukraine<\/h2>\n

The Russian leader threatened that Russia could cut Ukraine off from the sea<\/strong>, if Kyiv \u00abcontinues piracy against Russian vessels\u00bb. This is how he reacted to the attacks on Russian tankers in the Black Sea, for which Russia attributes responsibility to Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Putin also threatened to increase attacks on Ukrainian ports and vessels<\/strong>, saying it would be a \u00abresponse to the strikes on Russian tankers\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Threats from the West<\/h2>\n

Separately, the Russian dictator spoke out against Europe, accusing it of allegedly obstructing the US-Russia talks:<\/p>\n
