The Verkhovna Rada has adopted new rules for the state final examination and the 2026 admission campaign. The main decision is cancellation of the State Examination<\/strong> in the current format and preserving the model NMT<\/strong> as the main assessment tool for admission.<\/p>\n This decision is intended to simplify the testing procedure in times of war and ensure equal conditions for all students, regardless of their place of residence.<\/p>\n The structure of the National Multidisciplinary Test will include three basic disciplines:<\/p>\n Ukrainian language<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Mathematics<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n History of Ukraine<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Applicants will be able to choose one additional subject from the list:<\/p>\n foreign language (English, German, French or Spanish)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n biology<\/p>\n<\/li>\n geography<\/p>\n<\/li>\n physics<\/p>\n<\/li>\n chemistry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ukrainian literature<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n This format will allow students to adapt the test to their chosen speciality and real learning needs.<\/p>\n The transition to NMT as the only form of assessment has been underway since 2022.
