SBU destroys gas terminal in Temryuk: fire lasted three days<\/h2>\n

In the port Temryuk<\/strong> A large-scale fire in the Kuban continued after a drone attack by the Security Service of Ukraine. As a result of the attack more than 20 out of 30 tanks caught fire<\/strong> at a liquefied natural gas transshipment terminal.<\/p>\n

The fire was so powerful that it took a long time to extinguish three days<\/strong>. According to intelligence sources, the strike targeted the infrastructure used by Russia for the logistics of energy resources.<\/p>\n

Consequences of the attack<\/h2>\n

According to preliminary estimates, it was completely destroyed:<\/p>\n

    an intermediate refuelling tank<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    The total area of the fire reached approx. 3,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The occupation services were unable to quickly localise the fire due to the high volume of fuel and the density of the tanks.<\/p>\n

    Temryuk is one of the key ports for transporting energy resources in the region.
