Law enforcers detained three men<\/strong>, involved in a deadly terrorist attack in Kyiv. According to the investigation, they acted on the instructions of the \u00abcurator\u00bb from the russian Federation<\/strong>, who coordinated the preparation and execution of the crime.<\/p>\n The attackers manufactured Improvised remote explosive devices<\/strong> and placed them on the route of patrols by the National Guard. In addition, they installed mobile phones with real-time video streaming<\/strong>, to control the situation before the explosion.<\/p>\n The detainees are men 23, 25 and 27 years old<\/strong>, natives of Odesa and Donetsk regions<\/strong>, who came to Kyiv \u00abto earn money\u00bb.
