Russia has deployed about 710,000 troops for strategic offensive - Syrsky<\/h2>\n

The Russian Federation has concentrated about 710 thousand military personnel<\/strong> for a possible strategic offensive. This was reported by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Situation in key areas<\/h3>\n

According to Syrsky, as a result of active search and strike operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/strong> the enemy was pushed back from Kupyansk<\/strong>, and Ukrainian forces have established control over over 90% of the city's territory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He also noted that the enemy has been trying to seize Pokrovsk for more than 17 months without success<\/strong>. During the counter-offensive actions of the Defence Forces:<\/p>\n

\u25aa\ufe0f is back under control 16 sq. km<\/strong> in the northern part of Pokrovsk;
\u25aa\ufe0f fired 56 sq. km<\/strong> in the areas of Grishino, Kotlyne and Udachne<\/strong> to the west of the city.<\/p>\n

Strikes in the depths of Russian territory<\/h3>\n

Separately, the Commander-in-Chief stressed that Ukraine consistently increasing pressure on the enemy in the depths of its territory<\/strong>, striking at targets critical infrastructure of the russian federation<\/strong> by means of Deep Strike<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the Ukrainian side, total direct and indirect losses of russia since the beginning of the year<\/strong> as a result of these strikes are about $21.5bn<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
