The decision was made by the EU leaders following the talks.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"433\">What the EU has decided<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"642\">We are talking about <strong data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"481\">collective debt financing<\/strong>, when the funds will be raised on behalf of the EU and directed to the needs of Ukraine - in particular <strong data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"641\">Macro-financial stability, recovery and defence capability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"681\">Rejection of the \u00abreparations loan\u00bb<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"998\">The decision came after the EU <strong data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"777\">refused the option of the so-called \u00abreparations loan\u00bb<\/strong>, which was discussed for a long time.
