This is reported by the <em><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Deutsche Welle<\/span><\/span><\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"487\">Solution details<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"791\">According to DW, Ukraine officially joins the European roaming zone, which operates on the principle of <strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"612\">Roam Like at Home<\/strong>. This means that Ukrainians will be able to make calls, send SMS and use the mobile Internet in the EU at the rates of their Ukrainian operators - without roaming surcharges.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"805\">Context.<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"1087\">Joining the EU roaming zone is part of Ukraine's gradual integration into the EU's digital single market.
