Draft law on elections to be ready by the end of February - Arakhamia<\/h2>\n

A draft law on elections in Ukraine is to be prepared until the end of February<\/strong>. This was stated by the head of the faction Servant of the people<\/span><\/span><\/strong> David Arahamia<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to him, holding a separate referendum is unrealistic at the moment<\/strong> due to the ongoing war and the requirement for 50% turnout<\/strong>, The company's business is a complex one, which is difficult to ensure under martial law.<\/p>\n

Referendum - together with presidential elections<\/h3>\n

Arakhamia noted that the most likely option is holding a referendum on the same day as the presidential election<\/strong>. This approach, he said, will allow:<\/p>\n
