Iran has handed over $2.7bn worth of missiles to Russia for war against Ukraine<\/h2>\n

Iran has sent missile weapons to Russia worth about 2.7 billion USD<\/strong>, to support the war against Ukraine. Bloomberg reports this with reference to sources familiar with the details of the agreements between Tehran and Moscow.<\/p>\n

According to the agency, since the end of 2021, Russia has invested a total of about $4 billion<\/strong> into the Iranian military-industrial complex. As part of these agreements, the Kremlin received hundreds of ballistic missiles Fath-360<\/strong>, about 500 short-range missiles<\/strong>, and approximately 200 anti-aircraft missiles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In addition to missile weapons, Iran has provided Russia with kamikaze drones Shahed-136<\/strong> and transferred the technology that allowed the aggressor to set up its own production of drones under the Geranium-2 brand.<\/p>\n
